Our institution has had an opportunity of establishing international partnership and has improved capacity of international providing services.
Our institution began projects that its source is European Union in 2014.
Europass is document folder that help European citizens enter an education program or look for a job which is suitable for their competence and predisposition. National Europass Center in the field of the EU and the European Economic coordinate all activities related to the Europass documents of each country. In Finland, National Europass Center is Vocational Qualification Institute. Thanks to our Project, we help our participants improve their career by giving Europass Mobility, Europass CV and Europass Language Passport documents. Organization of graduation certificate in accordance with Europass attachment, the provision of foreign language proficiency, the establishment of an objective evaluation and assessment system, making pellucid of the skills and competence enough and planning education by taking into consideration national and international professional standards provide student’s and graduated student’s national and international employment.
Our projects are realized in the form of mobility projects and we have all types of participant’s mobility. It has happened as staff mobility (VETPRO), graduated students or beginner in job (PLM) and students who are taking vocational training (IVT). Our institution has significant gains in writing projects, implementation and enforcement. In 2014, our Association started to work for projects and we continue uninterruptedly. Important habits are the topic for project culture in our province.We have targeted to take vocational and technical education not only students but also businessman, adminastrators, teachers and students, thus combining a total vocational professional education through projects, and we have succeeded it. The better vocational training is performed by providing informal environments to our participants on professional issues when we implement vocational and technical education projects in formal environment. It is important to give people a profession but ıt is perfect to give people a profession that is in paralel with technological development in the world,So this project is provided by excellence. The number of people who want yo carry out the project activities are increasing day by day and willingness to design the project to use in this position has also increased. Assessment of project reports and questionnaires filled out by the participants is important for the work we have done. These reports and surveys always give positive results. Our institution participant’s reports can be examined by ECAS and Mobility Tool Networks and there are always positive results. Apart from investigating any professional issues in foreign country, our participants have had opportunity to go abroad and live for the first time due to placement program. The first time they have gained experience from passport, visas, airport operations and air travel with issues of project activities. They will recognize the different culture and respect them.
With this project;

• It has helped participants examine information and informatics security application and new technology development on- site, improve their Professional knowledge and skills , gain experience in the industry and strengthen the European dimension of vocational and technical education.
• Preparing for tomorrow’s profession and promoting the adaption of technological changes are provided
• Supporting participant’s professional and personel development, and contributing to their development of social and cultural aspects are provided.
• Ensuring cooperation and communication between institutions at the international level and developing the participant’s foreign language profiency have been provided.
• Supporting a peaceful approach with international collobaration platform and promoting mutual tolerance and respect have been provided.
• Our participants have gained new work habits in terms of health and safety measures to implement with these training practices(Wearing steel protective work boots, etc)
• Developing content based information technology , services and pedagogical activities and practices in the context of lifelong learning have been supported.

In the preparatory phase of project, our participants have taken not only language and vocational training but also orientation training. At the end of this training program, “Certificate of Attendance” is given to participants by the institution that provides this training. Our host partner has set a certificate to our participants at the end of training.This certificate is an exchange program document that help a person attend a mobility program which supply them to show their background. In addition, The participants mobility activities was converted into the Europass Mobility Document as a result of application to Vocational Qualifications Authority.Europass Mobility is a record that a person spends an education period for training in another European country. (Europass Mobility Experience). Europass became effective with the host institution’s approvals and the institution that sends the mobility documents. Thanks to this certificate, Professional mobility of our participants can be followed by third parties in the Internet environment so this provides a significant contribution to their professional career. With all activities we have done, we aimed to be a leader vocational and technical education institution that has quality values and educate qualified labor forces who are creative, innovative, entrepreneurial, productive, a person adding value to economy and having professionel value, also we aimed to recognize natural and international Professional qualification with social and economic sector cooperation.
